Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression? Struggling with mood fluctuations, interpersonal relationships, or navigating life transitions? If so, my name is Tam and I am here to support you on your journey towards well-being and personal growth. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I tailor my therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs and goals. My experience helps me to build a collaborative therapeutic alliance with you through validation and empathy to support your wellness. In our sessions, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly and honestly. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore your challenges, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. My goal is to empower you to achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life.
In my free time, I can typically be found heading out for a drive (solid playlists are a must), walking in nature under a canopy of trees, on a beach in the early morning for a swim and to watch the sunrise, exploring a new neighbourhood, sewing clothes, and trying new recipes.
Andrea Hackett (She/Her), Psychotherapy Intern
Location: Virtual Sessions Available
Treatment Specialities: Anxiety, depression, stress management, communication difficulties, and life transitions.
Hello! I’m Andrea, as a caring and compassionate individual, I aim to provide you with a safe and supportive environment while working towards your therapeutic goals and fostering a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and understanding. Life can bring a variety of challenges, and I intend to create a space for any challenges and concerns to be explored openly and free of judgment.
I believe in the power of connection; together, we can navigate the therapeutic journey. Tapping into our inner strengths and recognizing how we can bring these into our everyday lives. It is expected to feel intimidated when trying something new, but with the right enthusiasm and motivation, we can work through concerns while adding new skills to your toolbox for later when needed. Whether you are experiencing work stress, anxiety or depression I am confident that we can collectively join together and embrace this new journey.
A bit about me: I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and am currently in the final steps of obtaining a Master's Degree In Counselling Psychology. I embrace diversity and prioritize creating a space that celebrates differences, and I can commit to bringing this mentality into sessions.
I have a very energetic four-year-old boxer at home, so I spend a lot of time getting outside and love finding new hiking trails. When I am not outside, I am usually in the kitchen trying to teach myself how to cook different foods or snuggled up with a good book. I prioritize balance and holistic well-being, so I always look for new ways to fill my cup.
Vandya Puri (She/Her), RP (Qualifying)
Location: Virtual Sessions Available
Treatment Specialities: Anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and awareness, life transitions, grief, work-related stresses, and working on personal development
My name is Vandya Puri, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India.
I am an individual who believes in supporting someone in their journey towards self-awareness and better mental health. I like to meet clients where they are in their journey and work through it with them in a collaborative manner. I chose to become a Psychotherapist because it gives me the opportunity to learn from another human being at a deeper and more conscious level. There are a lot of unpleasant life experiences one goes through in their life.
As a Psychotherapist, I feel I get the opportunity to help them have a smooth transition into the different roads of their journey. As a client centred practitioner I use varied forms of therapy including, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness based practices in an integrative way. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults and families. I use my knowledge of therapeutic skills, and client concerns to tailor their individual sessions.
Using my authentic and empathic self, I choose to create a safe space for my clients. I practice in English, Hindi and Punjabi. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy doing yoga and going for walks by myself. It helps me rejuvenate and introspect.

What's your story? We all have one, but sometimes we don't have a safe space to process and share it. Through respectful and honest conversations, I want to establish mutual trust, hear your story, understand your experience, and help you explore what next steps may be right for you. I believe positive change is best accomplished with support from others. Using an integrative, individualized approach, we'll work together to discover ways you can move towards confidence, healing, peace, and purpose.
A bit about me - I have completed my MA in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I also have a BA in Family and Social Relations and a BEd in Primary/Junior instruction. I have been certified with the Ontario College of Teachers since 2006.
I have travelled extensively, lived and worked abroad for several years, and appreciate cultural diversity and learning from others' experiences. I am actively involved as a volunteer in my community and am particularly passionate about fighting against modern-day slavery. I enjoy quality time with my family, browsing in bookstores, and a good cup of coffee. I also love the outdoors, especially when it's warm and sunny.

Treatment Specialities: BIPOC, anxiety, stress management, relational challenges, self esteem and identity, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma.
Have you been wanting to talk to someone about how you’re feeling? If so, hi, I’m Sabrina!
I believe that we can all benefit from having a safe, supportive space to unpack our feelings and experiences. Especially when you’re in a place where things feel built up and have become quite heavy - mentally, emotionally, physically. You don’t have to navigate this alone. There is strength and courage in reaching out to a therapist.
We will work together to process feelings/emotions and past experiences, find healthy coping tools that feel right for you, foster a positive, realistic inner dialogue, explore self acceptance and self forgiveness.
I am very client centred - I believe you are the expert of your own life. My goal as a therapist is help you feel heard, validated, and support you in building a stronger relationship with yourself. I meet you where you are at - every time. If you relate to this, connect with me for a free consultation and we can explore your goals, needs, fears, worries - and everything in between.
A little bit about me - I am a mom to a baby boy. I am embracing the journey of new motherhood, trying to stay present, practice gratitude and simply just enjoy all of the seasons of change and growth. I love travelling, trying new foods, sunshine and laughter! I am a huge advocate of self care and a healthy balance in life.
Please remember, it is totally okay to not be okay.

I believe mental health is an ever-changing journey and sometimes we need a guide for support. I consider it an honour to be your guide, as we work together to consider the whole person. In collaboration, we can explore your unique needs and the experiences that shape who you are.
I have worked in mental health for 10-years predominately with children, youth, young adults, families, and those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ population.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, growing my plant collection, reading, cooking, traveling to new places, and binging my favourite shows.

Hello! If you’re reading this; chances are you deserve a self high-five because you have taken a difficult leap. Seeking help is the first win in your journey. My intention in therapy is to create genuine connection, where you feel safe and learn to carry the heavy loads of life in a more strategic way.

My passions include spending time with family, yoga, baking/cooking, animals and getting in touch with my spiritual side. Many people put travel in their bio and although I love the beach and occasionally travelling, I am more of a homebody. There is no better feeling to me than coming home from a trip.

We are faced with many different stressors on a day to day basis. Continuing to feel stuck, overwhelmed, unhappy, and worried can limit your capacity to cope with these difficult feelings. Taking care of yourself can look different for everyone. Having the space to work through your experiences, past and present, can help you understand yourself more.
